Aims & Scope
Cybernetics and Information Technologies is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal that publishes original theoretical and applied scientific papers, as well as analytical surveys on various aspects of Computational Science and Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Applications, Information Technologies, and Systems and Control Engineering. The journal topics include:
- artificial intelligence;
- deep and machine learning;
- data mining;
- linguistic modelling;
- control theory and applications;
- high-performance computing;
- scientific computations;
- computer communication technologies;
- signal and image processing;
- software technologies;
- information technologies in education;
- information processes and systems;
- operational research, pattern recognition (the list is not exhaustive).
This is an open-access journal, meaning that all content is freely available without charge to the userŅ or their institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles in this journal without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. This is following the BOAI definition of open access.
The journal acknowledges and adheres to the Core Practices of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) (see details on the page EDITORIAL POLICY).

Frequency
The journal publishes four regular issues per annum and some additional special thematic issues (no more than two), featuring a selection of extended papers from international scientific events.
