Analytical Calculation of Night Vision Goggles Working Range

Abstract:
An analytical model for Night Vision Goggles (NVG) working range (detection, recognition and identification range) is presented. A formula for numerical calculation of NVG working range as a function of the parameters of the NVG basic components (IIT and objective) is proposed.
