On Global Operator G21 Defined over Generalized Nets

Abstract: A new global operator defined over the generalized nets is introduced and its basic properties are studied. If two neighbouring transitions in a generalized net have more than one joint place (output for one of the transitions, and input for the other) then operator G21 merges them in one place. In result we obtain a shorter and more compact generalized net model.
