On-the-Job E-Training - from Requirements to Design1

Abstract: The paper deals with some problems of the design and use of
managed learning environment (MLE) for On-the-Job e-training. After brief
presentation of the current MLE structures and some consideration about their
use, the initial design phase of such environment is outlined.
